Izadi Orthodontics - Sterling VA Timonium MD

Dr. Izadi is a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics which is an area of specialty in dentistry that involves the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of dental and facial irregularities. He attended Howard University School of Dentistry where he earned his D.D.S. degree in May of 1992, and graduated as top four with honors. He then entered the Orthodontic program and graduated with a highest ranking, thus earning his Specialty degree in Orthodontics. He practiced Orthodontics from May of 1994 in several busy Orthodontic practices in the greater Baltimore premier area until December of 1998, when he started his own practice in the "Mays Chapel" area of Timonium, Maryland. Dr. Izadi also started his second practice in “Cascades” at the Potomac Falls Professional Center in Sterling, Virginia in May of 2005.

Dr. Izadi has electively passed the written and oral part of the American Board of Orthodontics exams in 1994 and 2001 respectively. He also completed the presentation of six special orthodontic cases assigned by the Board from start to finish in February of 2007, and therefore has become a Board Certified Orthodontist. He has passed two regional Board examinations and holds licenses to practice orthodontics in both states of Virginia and Maryland. He constantly takes continuing education courses and will continue to deliver the best possible care that orthodontics may offer for both children and adults. On his off time, he enjoys traveling, skiing, exercising and gardening. Dr. Izadi is married, has two children and resides in Potomac, Maryland.
