Diane, Practice Administrator
Hello, I’m Diane! I am a Certified Orthodontic Technician and have been with Dr. Izadi for over 15 years. I currently serve as the Practice Administrator. I love being part of our patients’ journeys and helping guide them toward healthy and confident smiles. I enjoy working closely with patients, assisting with treatment explanations, accounts, insurance coordination, and making sure appointments run smoothly. I’m also the HIPAA director to ensure patients confidentiality.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me enjoying the outdoors—camping, hiking, and spending quality time with my husband.
Mickie, Clinical Director
Hello, I’m Mickie! I have worked in the dental field for over 47 years and have proudly worked with Dr. Izadi for the past 25 years as a Clinical Coordinator and Certified Orthodontic and Radiology Technician. I also serve as the OSHA officer, ensuring that all patient safety protocols are maintained with consistency and efficiency. It is deeply rewarding to help create beautiful smiles—especially when former patients return as adults with their own children for orthodontic care.
Outside of work, I enjoy shooting pool with my son in his pool league, spending quality time with my husband, and watching my granddaughter grow into a wonderful young lady.
Marie, Treatment Coordinator
Hi, I’m Marie! As a treatment coordinator, I enjoy working closely with patients to help make their treatment experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I assist with scheduling appointments, and answering any general or specific questions so patients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Hello, I’m Ellen! I have known Dr. Izadi for over 30 years and have worked with him on and off throughout that time. I am a Certified Orthodontic Technician and am known for my high standards and deep commitment to patients’ dental hygiene and orthodontic care. Together with our team, we have helped create many beautiful smiles. I am responsible for ensuring that all orthodontic appliances—whether made in-office or by our labs—are crafted beautifully and delivered in a timely manner.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and especially cherish time with my grandchildren.

Hi! I’m Amber Espinal. I’m an Orthodontic Technician, and I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and have positive experiences in the office. I’m bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish! When I’m not at work, you can usually find me hiking, spending time with my family, or hanging out with my pets. I’m currently finishing my Bachelor of Science degree, with the goal of continuing onto dental hygiene school afterward.

Hi, I’m Lexie! I enjoy working as an orthodontic assistant and find great fulfillment in helping create confident, healthy smiles. I value teamwork, building positive relationships, and continually learning in my field. Seeing the meaningful transformation orthodontic care can bring to a patient’s smile and overall confidence makes my work especially rewarding. Outside work I love spending time with friends and going on everyday adventures to explore new places.

Hi! I’m Kimora. I work in sterilization, where I make sure all instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use each day. Creating a clean, efficient, and safe environment for both patients and staff is very important to me. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, learning new skills, and spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy supporting the team and contributing to a positive, well-organized work environment.

Hi, I’m Leslie, and I serve as the receptionist, liaison between the front and back office, and Spanish translator for our patients. I am currently pursuing my nursing education, motivated by a strong passion for patient care and clear communication. I particularly enjoy working closely with patients to help them better understand their treatment options and modalities. Outside of work and school, I enjoy creating eternal flower bouquets, supporting my father’s small business, and spending quality time with family and friends.
